Camp Supervisor

For its motel, restaurant and non-staff accommodation and dining facilities at Benete Bay Industrial Estate in Sumbawa.

Candidates will have at least the following qualifications:

• At least 5 years experience in a supervisory capacity responsible for:
  - Food service
  – Housekeeping
  – Marketing and customer relation
• Practical knowledge of Hygiene and Sanitation
• Ability to teach and train workers under his/her authority
• Good communication skills, written and oral, in both Indonesian and English
• Accept place of hire as Mataram/Lombok
• Entrepreneurial skills to develop facility.

• Must have ability to cook Indonesian and Western dishes
• Bread and patisserie making an advantage
• Must be able to prepare food in hygienic manner
• Must accept place of hire as Mataram/Lombok
